A graduate of Ithaca College, I have dedicated my career to empowering thousands of individuals to lead healthier, more balanced lives. With over 18 years of experience in the health and wellness field at WeightWatchers, my expertise spans key areas of nutrition, physical activity, and mindfulness, with a special focus on the integration of these elements into sustainable, everyday habits.



As a behavior change specialist, I leverage a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to help clients transform their mindset and achieve long-term success in their wellness journeys. Through active listening, personalized guidance, humor, and empathetic support, I work to uncover each individual's unique motivations and challenges, creating tailored strategies that align with their personal goals.



I specialize in group facilitation and one-on-one coaching, creating a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment in which to share thoughts and ideas. Join me on your health and wellness journey, and achieve the health balance you deserve.
Elyse  made a positive impact on my health and wellness journey from the moment I met her over 15 years ago. As a vegetarian, I struggled with high cholesterol and weight gain. Elyse's sense of humor and empathy combined with nutrition, exercise and metabolism knowledge, were the perfect combination in motivating me to lose 15 pounds.
