IN-PERSON GROUP
Coaching provides a dynamic, hands-on learning experience focused on wellness. These interactive group sessions offer participants the opportunity to engage directly with me, receive personalized guidance, and collaborate with others in a supportive group setting. Meetings cover various topics such as nutrition, fitness, stress management, and lifestyle changes --providing practical strategies that can be implemented immediately. Attendees leave with actionable tools, enhanced motivation, and the confidence to take charge of their health journey. (weigh-ins optional)

Meeting times are Monday and Wednesday 9:30 am. Monday 6:00 pm.

Zoom Group
Meetings offer a flexible, virtual space for individuals to learn and grow together on their wellness journey. Led by me, these interactive sessions address topics such as nutrition, fitness, stress management, and healthy habits. Participants benefit from expert guidance, group discussions, and accountability.  You will connect with others who share similar goals, and obtain valuable tools to help make lasting lifestyle changes, all from the comfort of home.

Meetings will take place Tuesday 10:00 am, Thursday 6:00 pm.
